Introducing Rayzr 7, a new series of 7” LED fresnel lights that finally make professional quality lighting accessible. The Rayzr 7 series consists of 4 different models, varying in light output and color. All are designed as a true alternative for traditional tungsten lights, outperforming them in brightness and power consumption and equalling them in light quality and control.

For the development we focused on four core concepts:

as these were the main points that our research among filmmakers showed are most important. Now after two years of development we are proud to present a durable, light weight and compact 7” fresnel with more than excellent light quality, industry standard lighting control options and best in class light output.

The Brightest Of Its Class
The Rayzr7 LED fresnel series is approximately 50% brighter than similar traditional 1K (1000W) tungsten lights and the brightest 7” LED fresnel in its class, matching the light output of other 10” fresnels. With a maximum of 10675 lx@3m | 18° and flicker free performance up to 15000 fps it provides enough power for a wide range of applications, from still life to high-speed.

Measured at TLCI 98, the Rayzr 7 provides excellent color reproduction across the entire spectrum. This ensures the same great and vibrant color reproduction on different camera sensors.

Because of our unique lens design, we can prevent chromatic aberration (color fringing) that is common for many fresnel fixtures.

Shape The Light As You Want And Neen It.
The RAYZR 7 creates an even and uniform light beam that you can control directly on the fixture regarding the beam angle – from spot to flood continuously with the turn of the focus knob. Shape or soften the light with a variety of accessories like barndoors, softboxes, snoots and more. As the attachment system is compatible to ARRI you might already own many shaping tools that you can reuse with the RAYZR 7.

One key strength of a fresnel is its versatility. With the turn of the focus knob you can go from flood to spot easily to evenly light a scene or put a focus on a subject.
Even Light Field
Unlike other fresnel lights the light distribution of the Rayzr 7 is even and homogenous without circular brightness differences or hotspots.
Enough Brightness To Modify With Accessories
As previous generations of LED fresnels were not bright enough, many accessories like soft boxes, filters and others that reduce the brightness were not really an option. The Rayzr 7 is finally a true tungsten replacement also regarding brightness and opens up much more possibilities to shape the light as you need it.

Compact And Lightweight
With a weight of only 6.4 kg (14.1 lbs), the Rayzr 7 is much lighter than most other professional fresnels. Coupled with its strong and durable housing, the lightweight Rayzr 7 is the ideal solution for on-location shoots.
The RAYZR 7 packs the brightness of 10" fresnel into the compact form factor of a 7” fresnel without any sacrifices.
On The Run, Powered By Battery
Because of its power efficiency, the RAYZR 7 can be powered from batteries without any reduction in brightness. Bulky generators are no more needed, which reduces costs in multiple ways and makes life so much easier.
True Tungsten Replacement
Compared to tungsten fresnels, the RAYZR 7 achieves the same brightness with less than a third of the power consumption. The reduced electricity usage equates to lower costs and simpler and cheaper installations as the fixtures can be run from a standard power line.
In comparison to tungsten and HMI lights, LED fixtures have almost zero maintenance costs as you don’t need to buy new bulbs. The LED light engine lasts about 200 times longer than tungsten lamps.
